Lynne Diamond is the founder and President of Divorce Wizards, Inc., as well as a certified
mediator and problem solver. She received her advanced family mediation training at
Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Lynne attended Columbia University in New
York, and earned an MA degree in Human Resources and an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology.
Prior to founding Divorce Wizards, Diamond was a Vice President with Merrill Lynch,
Pierce, Fenner & Smith. She has been featured on documentaries relating to divorce on the
Lifetime Channel and the NHK Japanese Public Broadcasting Network and has been
interviewed on ABC News and in a wide variety of publications.
Legal Matters
Ronald Supancic has practiced family law since 1972. His busy San Fernando Valley, Ca.
office focuses on constructively reorganizing the family unit in the process of transition.
He has appeared as a family law guest lecturer at several universities and has published
many books related to the topic of divorce, including Winning the Custody War Without
Casualties. Ron also conducts workshops on divorce recovery. He graduated with honors
from the University of California, Los Angeles, and received a commendation award from
the L.A. County Board of Supervisors.
Financial Matters
Peter Wiere has been a financial planner since 1970. In 1989, after 25 years of marriage he
decided to handle his own divorce. He did such a good job, his friends began to ask him to
help them. In 1994, Peter opened his financial mediation practice specializing in divorce.
Peter received his advanced family mediation training at Pepperdine University and
participates in continuing education regularly. He is an accomplished speaker delighting
audiences with his experience as a conflict manager.
Mindful Matters
Maxine Cohen is a Marriage and Family therapist in Newport Beach, Ca., who specializes in
divorce recovery and assistance for blended families. She has nine years experience helping
couples and individuals find support while in the process of dissolving their marriage.
Cohen is a published columnist who appears in a weekly newspaper and frequently speaks
on the radio. She has provided training programs in stress management for Smith Barney
Financial Consultants, and is a former teacher at Arizona State University, where she received
her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.
